Alice LeMacks Patrick CHARLESTON - Alice Lemacks Patrick, 82, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Washington Reid Patrick, Jr., entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of Thursday, October 2, 2025. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in St. Michael's Church, 71 Broad Street, at 11:00 am. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Downtown Chapel, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Alice was born July 21, 1943 at Baker Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Isaac Middleton LeMacks and Alice Aubanna "Candy" LeMacks. She worked many years as an estate appraiser and was preeminent in the field of early American furniture with a particular emphasis on furniture made in the South. She is survived by her devoted sister, Mary LeMacks Scarborough, brother-in-law The Honorable Mikell Ross Scarborough; grandson, Jude Holmes Eaton-Patrick; nephews, Thomas Lucas Scarborough and Mikell Ross Scarborough, Jr.; niece, Alice Elizabeth Scarborough Burnett; and nephew-in-law, Walter McGill Burnett; grandnephew, Lucas Alton Burnett; great-niece, Lydia Ivy Burnett; and countless cousins, friends, and relatives, by whom she will be dearly missed. She was predeceased by her son, Washington "Reid" Patrick III; her brother, Thomas Middleton LeMacks; and sister, Lisa Middleton LeMacks.
