DABIT, Afteem Entered into eternal rest on the evening of March 13, 2005, Afteem Y. Dabit, husband of Daoudieh Sarsar Dabit. Residence, Charleston, SC. The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Afteem Y. Dabit are invited to attend the funeral services of the former Friday March 18, 2005 at eleven o'clock in The Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL Thursday between five and seven o'clock. Mr. Dabit was born January 2, 1943 in Lod, Israel, the son of Yousef Dabit and Safoka Dabit. He was the owner and operator of Safeway Food and Supply. He was a member of The Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. He is survived by his wife of Charleston, SC; one daughter: Kristy A. Dabit of Charleston SC; two sons: Emad G. Dabit of Charleston, SC and Yousef A. Dabit and his wife Chandler of Charleston, SC; five brothers: Atalah Dabit of Kentucky, Khalil Dabit of Charleston, SC, Raji Dabit of Mississippi, Saleem Dabit of Louisiana, Sleiman Dabit of Arizona; three sisters: Jeanette Fino of Texas, Arcade Abu of Louisiana and Sameia Zayed of Illinois; one brother-in-law: Farah Sarsar of Ramallah, Israel; one sister-in-law: Shiffa Aspah Ramallah, Israel and many nieces and nephews.
