It is very hard to believe that it has already been six years and in those six years, this is the first year that I am not close enough to visit and place flowers at the site. So this candle serves as a place holder for the missing flowers on the grave. Please do not mistake the missing flowers as an indication of anything less than that. Even though I am not in Charleston, S.C. this year, the emptiness I feel is still just as real as I felt everyday for the last six years and I am sure I will feel for years to come. You are truly missed Mrs. Adell, more and more everyday. Love Eternally,
