From Alport Syndrome Foundation, we send our condolences to Aaron's Family on this anniversary of his passing. We are working every day to improve the lives and outcomes for individuals living with Alport syndrome. As the Executive Director, a patient myself and parent of a patient - please know that we are making advances in research and in helping shape clinical trials to explore potential new therapies for our rare kidney disease. We send our best to the Diamond Family. Should your family ever need support or information related to living with Alport syndrome - we are here. With Hope, Lisa Bonebrake

I did not know Aaron Diamond. I was acquainted with Aaron's father, Gary Diamond, as a former Goer/New Directions employee. However, I heard many stories of the shenanigans. My heart-felt prayers are offered to the family during this difficult time. May comfort and blessings find their way to your family in the coming weeks. - Allison Marie Cramer-Wright

Courtney and Avea, I am so sorry for your loss. I watched the lovely memorial service online and am so inspired by your family's strength, grace, and dedication to one another. Thank you for encouraging gifts to Alport Syndrome Foundation in memory of Aaron. These gifts help us invest in research for potential therapies or a cure, and sustain our efforts to educate and support patients living with Alport syndrome. Our board members and 2 staff members are all patients. Your support and story is so valuable to us. Sending your family our best wishes for peace and strength. - Lisa Bonebrake, Executive Director, Alport Syndrome Foundation
