I just want to offer my heartfelt condolences to Mr. Leonard´s family. I had the privilege of working with him at FLETC and we became fast friends. I moved home to Pennsylvania several years ago and he surprised me several times with a phone call asking me when I was coming to visit. I wish now that I wouldn´t have waited. We had so many laughs together and he had more wisdom then any other man I know. Mr. Leonard will always hold a special place in my heart and I feel lucky to call him my friend. Rest In Peace Mr. Leonard, you will never be forgotten. Cheri

To the Family of Leonard: I was sadden to hear of Leonard's passing. He was a true friend and co-worker (DFAS). After we retired in 2008, at least 13 to 22 of DFAS Retirees would meet once every other month for lunch at different restaurants (mainly chosen by Leonard (smile). He was a down-to-earth person and his word was always his bond. It was a pleasure to have met him and also his late wife, Sherry. My family and I will keep each of you in our prayers, and may God continue to comfort you.
