Dear Emily, I am so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. I remember like it was yesterday that she was of our "grade mothers" (term given to parents who helped when the class had parties) when we were in Mrs. Ward's first grade class at Maryville Elementary in 1956-57. She was a kind and sweet person. May you always treasure her memory. Eddie

I so love seeing S. Gladys, we shared so many memories of my childhood. She was such a beautiful lady and she never changed. One day after I moved back to Georgetown and I was nursing at the hospital, she dropped by to bring me a sewing pattern that had belonged to my mom years ago. She sewed and so did my mom. Such a sweet, sweet lady. She will definitely be missed. I loved that smile. Prayers for this special family.
