William Morrison Obituary

William Thomas Morrison was born on October 8, 1961 to Gerald Thomas and Dena Randall Morrison in Hillsdale, Michigan. Tom went home to be with the Lord on November 7, 2018 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
He was a 1980 graduate of North Adams Jerome High School. In 1994 he graduated from Florida Southern. His managerial position took him from Florida to Georgia and currently Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
He loved animals, especially his dogs. Tom enjoyed Bible study and was an avid Michigan fan. He also wrote poems and expressions of his feelings. He always felt the family home on Osseo Road was home.
Tom was a loving and caring man. He leaves to mourn him, his parents; son, Gerald Thomas Morrison of Summersville, SC; two sisters, Cinda Nieswender of Osseo, MI and Lisa (Rick) Graham of Orlando, FL; also a special niece, Kristi Nieswender and nephews, Michael Nieswender, Andy (Candi) Nieswender and Randall (Katie) Morrison; an uncle; many aunts and cousins.
He was preceded in passing by a brother-in-law, Jeffery Nieswender.
A funeral service to honor his life will be held at the Hampton Funeral Home in Hillsdale on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 beginning at 11 a.m. with Pastor Keith Porter officiating. Interment will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Jefferson Township. The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
Friends who wish, may make memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
