Vicki Barton Obituary
GLOVERVILLE, SC - Miss Vicki Lynn Barton, 39, of 243 McDonald Street, Gloverville, SC, entered into the arms of Jesus on Monday, November 3rd, 2014.
Surviving are her parents, Harry W. and Dale Hall Barton, of Gloverville, SC; her sister, LaDale Ott and her brother, Woody Barton (Valerie), all of Gloverville, SC and her four nephews: David Barton (Ashley), Adam Barton, Patrick Ott and Brandon Barton.
Vicki was born in Aiken, SC on February 12th, 1975. She was a member of Bath First Baptist Church, their Joy Group and she worked with the nursery and AWANA until her health prevented it. Vicki was a blessing to all and her family and friends will miss her dearly. Vicki was an avid Gamecock fan, enjoyed word puzzles but especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
A Celebration of Life service will be on Thursday at 3 o'clock at Bath First Baptist Church with Revs. Herb Sons, Ronnie Duncan and Joe Youngblood officiating. Miss Barton will be placed in the church one hour before the service. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC.
Pallbearers will be David Barton, Adam Barton, Patrick Ott, Brandon Barton, Aaron Deer and Al Norris.
Friends may call at the residence of her parents, Harry and Dale Barton, 243 McDonald Street, Gloverville or on Wednesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the Hatcher Funeral Home, US Hwy. No. 1, Langley, SC.

So sad to hear of the loss of Vicki. I have been knowing her for many years. We graduated in 1993 together. She was always so sweet and friendly to everyone no matter how she felt. So happy to know that she is dancing with our Lord with her sick and pain free body..RIP Vicki
