Vera Lott Obituary
AIKEN- A celebration of life service for Mrs. Vera West Lott age 62 will be held 2:00 pm Friday December 1, 2017 at River of Life Church, Aiken, SC with Rev. Randy Brown and Rev Michael Kaylor officiating. Interment will follow in Redd's Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Lott entered into rest at her daughters home in Dallas, GA Thursday November 16, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Mr. Jerry Brooks Lott, Sr. and a daughter of the late Mr. Paul West and the late Mrs. Sybil Burns West. Mrs. Lott was a native of Cocoa Beach, Florida and had made Aiken County her home of most of her life. She worked at Pepperidge Farms of Aiken as an assembly operator for 5 years, and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include one son, Jerry Brooks (Michelle) Lott, Jr., Aiken, SC; two daughters, Paula (Dwayne) Jacobs, Graniteville, SC, Amanda (Mark) Brown, Dallas, GA; one brother, Ted West, Athens, GA; one sister, Sylvia Fisher, Santa Marie, California. Mrs. Lott was also predeceased by one brother, Steve West. Pallbearers will be John West, Taniel Barton, Kenny Barton, Alan Nichols, Casey Nichols, Jesse Nichols. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made. A visitation with the family will take place 6-8 pm Thursday, November 30, 2017 at COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY (118 BY PASS) AIKEN, SC, 29801. 803-648-7175.
