Truman Ray "Rus" Coble, Jr.
Aiken, SC - Truman Ray Coble Jr. ("Rus") of Aiken, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2026, at the age of 80.
Born on September 24, 1945, Rus was a gentle giant born in PA and grew up in Elmhurst, IL where he attended York Community HS and graduated from Elmhurst College. He was a great salesman and worked his entire career in the Hardware Industry. He had a passion for Mustangs, Reading Books, Coins and Guns.
Rus is survived by his beloved wife, Karen; his children, Melynda Harrison (Henry) and Scott; and his 3 grandchildren, Anders, Finn, and Pacific. He is also survived by his siblings, Betsy Leach (Ray) and Steven Coble (Karla), 3 Nephews, Kurt Ladendorf, Brett Coble and Jeff Coble. 4 Grandniece's and 3 Grandnephew's.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Truman Ray Coble Sr. and Roberta Winifred Coble.
