AIKEN, SC - Funeral services for Mr. Thomas James (Jetty) (Tweety) Hankerson, Jr., age 65, husband of Linda Fae Hankerson, of 2928 Mississippi Avenue will be held 1 PM Saturday, October 10. 2015 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 2673 Silver Bluff Road, Aiken, SC (Viewing 12 PM-1PM) with Reverend
Verdena Thomas Officiating and Rev. Raford Roundtree, Jr., Eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas James Hankerson, Sr., his daughter, Yolanda R. Hankerson, his brother, Fred Washington, and his sister, Lillie W. Parker
Survivors include: his wife, Linda Fae Hankerson of the home; his daughters, Monica R. Merriweather, Marietta N. Hankerson, and Iesha V. Hankerson; his mother, Maple W. Hankerson; sisters, Linchie H. Simmons, Corina Hunter, Cynthia Garrett; brother, Esau Hankerson; grandchildren, Chaquan R. Rouse, Shakiera D. Rouse, Exzradrian K. Holloway, and Tykendrick K. Hankerson.
Friends may call the residence or JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, 126 FAIRFIELD ST, SE, AIKEN, SC @ 803 649-6123 Friday from 3-8 PM.
