Theresa Joy Franklin Fulmer
NEW HOLLAND, SC - Mrs. Theresa Joy Franklin Fulmer, 58, entered into rest, Sunday, July 10, 2016.
Theresa was the loving wife of Russell Fulmer for 40 years and the loving mother of Keith (Amanda Anderson) Fulmer of Salley and Joanna Fulmer of Lexington. She was the loving grandmother of Kyler Fulmer, Kailey Fulmer, Olivia Anderson and Stormy Davis. Theresa was the sister of Billy Ray (Betty) Franklin of North Augusta, and the late Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Franklin Higgenbotham, James Willie "J. W." Franklin and Donna Jean Franklin Baughman. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Ray and Mary Ann Bright Franklin.
Theresa was a member of New Holland Baptist Church. She graduated Wagener-Salley High School in 1976 and USCA with a BA degree in English. Theresa retired from Aecom after 15 years service.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm in the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Funeral Service will be Wednesday at 4 pm in New Holland Baptist Church with the Rev. Owen McAlister officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to the New Holland Baptist Church at 2279 New Holland Road, Wagener, SC 29006.
