Thelma Cain Obituary
AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Thelma Louise Kaney Cain, 88, wife of 59 years to Ollie Raymon Cain, Sr., entered into rest Sunday, May 27, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 1:00 P.M., in St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Mark Van Alstine celebrant. Interment will follow in Langley Cemetery, Langley, SC.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
She was born in Aiken, SC to the late Otto Kaney, Sr., and Annie Bilton Kaney. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a Godly woman who devoted her life to loving and serving her family.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Sonny and Eddie Batchelor, two brothers and one sister.
Other survivors are her children, Theresa Meade (James), Charlene Free ( Gene), Raymon Cain, Jr., (Kim), Bruce Cain (Patricia), Curtis Cain (Nancy) and Dale Endres (Mark); sister, Delores Fischer (Eddie); 23 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren.
If so desired the family requests donations to St. Joseph Catholic Church 2607 Lumpkin Road Augusta, GA 30906.
The family will receive friends until 8:00 P.M., following the funeral vigil at 6:00 P.M., at the funeral home, Tuesday, May 29, 2018.
