AIKEN, SC - Mrs. Sandra Weeks Thompson Snyder, age 72, wife of 19 years to Mr.
Edward Lee Snyder and the daughter of the late Mr. Otis Weeks and the late Mrs. Ruby Brandon Weeks, entered into rest Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab, Edgefield, SC.
Mrs. Snyder was a native of Augusta, GA and had made Aiken County her home. Mrs. Snyder enjoyed many outdoor activities, she enjoyed boating, camping and being at the lake. Mrs. Snyder was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Additional survivors include three sons, Richard Thompson, Hephzibah, GA, Dale (Debra) Thompson, Augusta, GA, Allen Thompson, North Augusta, SC; two daughters, Angela (William) Gilliam, Beech Island, SC, Norma T. (Joseph) Edge, Martinez, GA; one brother, Gordon Weeks, Sacramento, CA; one sister, Dorothy Brown,
Augusta, GA; sixteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; Mrs. Snyder's former husband Charles A. Thompson, Jackson, SC. Mrs. Snyder was also predeceased by two brothers, Ronald and Mickey Weeks, one sister, Betty Alderman.
