Ruby Bates Obituary
Cuthberson Bates
WINDSOR, SC - Ruby Mae Cuthberson Bates entered into rest Jan. 16, 2016 at the Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday Jan. 20, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Thankful Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Freddie Bush, Rev. Wilbert Simmons officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Survivors are her husband, Benny Bates, Sr., Windsor; One son, Benny Bates, Jr., Williston; Two daughters, Angela Odom (Sam), of Graniteville; Latoya Bates, of Windsor; Her mother Alice Burton; 4 sisters Bonita Brown (Don), Charlene Curtis (Deon) all of West Palm Beach, Florida; Mary Smith (William), Sarah Williams, both of Williston; 4 grandchildren and a host of uncles, aunts and other relatives and friends.
Family and friends may call at the funeral Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m., or at the residence 39 Clippership Loop, Windsor.
Simmons Memorial Chapel of Elko, 803-266-2939.
