Rose Price Obituary
Aiken - Mrs. Rose Mary Seigler Price, 84, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2022.
Rose Mary's life was a reflection of her love for Christ. She spent her life loving, giving, and serving her family and Church. Rose Mary was a lifelong native of Aiken and a member of Aiken's First Baptist Church. She selflessly volunteered at Aiken First Baptist for over 25 years.
She attended Anderson College and Columbia Baptist Nursing school. She was in nursing school when she met the love of her life, "Bob." They were married 32 happy years.
All who knew her will remember her laughter and indelible smile. Although family will miss her tremendously, we rejoice in knowing we will see her again. Our hope is you too, know our savior and Rest In His peace.
She is survived by her daughter, Rose Ann (Mackie Steven "Steve") Snipes, Aiken; grandchildren, Rose Nicole (Matthew) Carducci, Lauren Kate (Michael) Harrington, and Steven Marshall (Emily) Snipes; great grandchildren, Luke Price Carducci, Nicolas Daniel Carducci, David Tyler Carducci, Hudson Marshall Snipes, and Sawyer Ruth Snipes; a sister, Patricia Ann (the late Gerald) Copley, Aiken; a brother, James Byrnes (Ellen) Seigler, Houston, TX.
Rose Mary was preceded in death by her parents, James Byrnes and Eula Blount Seigler; her husband, Robert "Bob" Jennings Price; and a brother, Andrew Gary (Peggy) Seigler.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 23, 2022 in Aiken Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Dr. Fred Andrea, III officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
