Rosa Mixon Obituary
NEW ELLENTON - Ms. Rosa Lee Mixon, age 81, of 403 Bush Ave., entered into eternal rest on Friday November 7, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Rosa also known as "Lo" was born August 2, 1944 in Barnwell County to the late Leon and Lorraine Mixon. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday November 15, 2025 at Four Mile Missionary Baptist Church, (Viewing 12 -1 PM) 601 Jackson Ave, New Ellenton. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Rosa was a 1964 graduate of Martha Schofield High School, Aiken, SC. She was employed at Owens Corning Fiberglass in Aiken, SC, where she retired after many years. She leaves to cherish her memories: her beloved and devoted daughter Tressie (Neal) Hall; two loving grandsons, Carneal Hall and Evan Hall; a devoted sister Willie Mae (Earl) Valentine; and a host of other relatives and loving friends; Friends may call the residence or visit JACKSON-BROOKS CHAPEL, 606 Main St., New Ellenton, SC 29809, 803-649-6123, Friday from 3-7 PM.
