Roosevelt Walker Obituary

G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Mr. Roosevelt Walker, III who entered into rest October 18, 2025. Mr. Walker was a 1998 graduate of North Augusta High School and received an associate degree from Truett McConnell University. He was the owner of Walker's Heating and Air Conditioning Company. Survivors include his wife, Nakia Barnes Walker; his mother, Polly Baskett Walker; five daughters, Kayla Barnes, J'niya Barnes, Shakieria Brooks, Kenndi Williams and Kaylynn Walker; seven sons, Cody Walker, Cameron Walker, Caleb Johnson, Adrian Micwilliams, Antonio Walker, Roosevelt Walker, IV. and Breylen Walker; a brother, Tyrone (Sheena) Walker; three grandchildren ; mother-in-law, Kimberly Davis; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Mealing Grove Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Joseph Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. PUBLIC VIEWING ONLY AT THE CHURCH FROM 2:00PM UNTIL 3:00 PM SATURDAY. Professional Services are under the care of G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary-North Augusta.
