Ronnie Cason Obituary

Mr. Ronnie Larry Cason, 65, of Langley, SC, entered into rest on Monday, January 5, 2026, while in the comfort of his home.
Born in Chatham County, GA and a resident of Aiken County, SC, since 1991, he is the son of the late Larry and Eloise Toller Cason. He proudly and with honor served in the Georgia Army National Guard from 1978 until he was honorably discharged in 1990.
Ronnie was a very talented painter who took great pride in making sure the job was done right the first time and on time. He, along with his late brother, Bobby, formerly owned and operated Cason's Painting.
Ronnie was an avid, rabid DAWG fan and on Saturdays when the DAWGS were playing, he was glued to the television calling every play and advising them of mistakes. He was also a NASCAR fan. Likewise, he could be found on Sundays doing the same. July could never come quick enough as he looked forward to the yearly Bryson City, NC, trip.
Surviving Ronnie are his wife, Amanda Cason, children, although not biological, who he loved just as if they were, Kelly (the Sammy) Miller, Chad (Maranda) Moxley and Chris Moxley, grandchildren, Katelyn (Austin) Fields, Caleb Moxley, McKenzie Miller, Nolan Moxley, Conner Moxley, Haven Moxley, Summer Miller, Hunter Miller and Colton Miller, a niece, Melissa Cason Walker, nephews, Bobby Cason, Jr., Larry Cason, and Scotty Cason, several great-nieces and nephews, all of whom he loved dearly and his best bud in the whole wide world, Joe Pope.
The family will greet friends on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 6 until 8 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 2 o'clock in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Brother Chris Lowe will officiate. Interment, with veterans honors accorded by a United States Army Honor Guard, will follow in the Langley Cemetery, Langley, SC. Pallbearers will be the Roy Eubanks, Philip Miller, Conner Moxley, Nolan Moxley, Matthew Abercrombie and Anthony Medlock.
