Ronald Doyle Obituary

Mr. Ronald Eugene Doyle Jr., affectionately known as "Rondo" and "Guido" to many, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 26th, 2025, at the age of 57. Ron is survived by his spouse Erin Doyle; his children Robert "Drew" Black, Cori (Doyle) Conner, Reid Doyle, and Ryan Doyle; granddaughters, Hailey Black and Georgia Conner; Aunt Brenda, Uncle Chuck and Uncle Larry. Preceding Ron in death were his father, Ronald E. Doyle Sr., his mother, Trudy Ivey; his infant son, Baby Boy Ronnie III; his paternal grandmother "Granny Granny", Louise J. Pittman; and Aunts Lois Doyle and Kathy Hubbard. A graduate of Silver Bluff High School, Ron made lifelong friends on the football field, where he first showcased his ability to bring joy to those around him. In his professional life he worked as a plumber and pipe fitter. Known for his signature phrase, "If nobody loves you, Rondo loves you," he was a true Southern gentleman who never missed an opportunity to make others feel good. His friends were very important to him and he considered them to be family. Above all, he loved his children and will be truly missed by all who knew him. In honor of Ron, the family plans to hold a celebration of his life at a later date.
