Robert Fulmer
Clearwater - Mr. Robert M. "Bobby" Fulmer, 56, of Clearwater, SC, son of Robert "Rudy" and Marion Gordon Fulmer, entered into rest peacefully on Thursday, July 27th, 2017, in the comfort of his home, under the loving care of Trinity Hospice and Registered Nurse, Ralph Smith.
A lifelong area resident, Bobby was a graduate of LBC High School and was a Stocker at Walmart on Richland Ave. Aiken, SC, until his health forced him to retire. He was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. Bobby was a Gamecock fan, he enjoyed shooting pool, a round of golf, spending time at the lake with his family and spending time with his friends.
In addition to his parents, family members include his sister, Susan Fulmer Smith and her husband, Johnny, North Augusta, SC; grandparents, Margaret Fulmer Storey, Langley, SC, the late J.W. Fulmer, the late J.P. and Delores Beck Gordon, aunts, Linda Moore and her husband, Joe, North Augusta, SC, Debra Strickland, Graniteville, SC and the late Sandra Fulmer Griffin, several cousins and a very special cousin, Babs Swearingen and her husband, Donnie, North Augusta, SC and special friends, Julie Thompson, George English and Glenn Thurmond.
The family will greet friends on Saturday, July 29th, 2017, beginning at noon at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Graniteville, SC, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 1 o'clock in the chapel. Pastor Harold Herd will officiate. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Bath, SC. Pallbearers will be Donnie Swearingen, Daniel Godwin, Butch Godwin, Keith Fulmer, John Chaffin and Ben Atkinson.
To show appreciation for the excellent care provided to Bobby and the family, it has been suggested that memorials in memory of Bobby be made to Trinity Hospice.
