Resident of Antioch
Robert Canady of Antioch, CA passed away on Friday Aug, 30. Robert was currently employed with B.A.R.T. and was a dedicated basketball coach at Deer Valley High School for the 2013-2014 season. Robert was well loved and his kindness and his BIG SMILE will be truly missed by many. He leaves to cherish his loving wife of 22 years Stephanie Canady and their 4 beautiful children. Jeffrey Collins, Chris, Alexis and Sidney Canady all of Antioch, CA. Robert also leaves behind his parents Robert & Carrie Canady of Fayettville, N.C. and one brother Derek Townsend of Richmond, CA 2 brothers in law and 3 sisters in law and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and loving friends of the family. A memorial service for Robert is being held Friday 09/13/13 at 4pm at Dan Scales Funeral Services located at 107 West 8th Street, Pittsburg, CA 94565.925-439-5922

I grew up around the corner from Robbie and his family. I remember him being so full of life and fun. I am saddened to hear of his passing. My prayers go out to his family.

A dear friend will be missed. Robby and I shared many memories together , growing up in fayetteville, and attending Westover Schools from the 7-12th grade. I will continue to pray for his wife, and his children. May God bless you.
