Robert Campbell Obituary
COLFAX, NC - Robert "Bob" Campbell, 81, passed away peacefully on May 7 at RiverLanding at Sandy Ridge. Bob was the husband of 59 years to Sandy, and father to Holly James (RJ) and Heather Kennedy (Sam). Born in Newark, NJ, Bob grew up in Laurence Harbor and Florence, NJ. He earned an engineering degree from Rutgers, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He had a long and successful career with Westinghouse, including spending many years at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. Bob had a love for family, golf (including three hole-in-ones!), travel, reading, and woodworking. He made life lighter and more fun for those lucky enough to know him. *A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The First Tee of Aiken: firstteeaiken.org.
