So sorry for your loss. I have known Frank since I was a little boy when his dad cut my hair in the 50's. Frank Cooper was one of kindest person I have ever known. He cared about everyone and always had a smile. He will be missed by all. RIP my friend and thank you for serving our country.

Our deepest sympathy to all of you. I remember laughter and the room lighting up with Frank was around during high school years when the kids were young. What an inspiration you always were as a family.

My thoughts and Prayers go out to the Cooper Family. Frank was as good of Man as there is in this world. I spoke with him 6 months ago in the Charleston Hospital. He will be missed by the New Ellenton family he had for so many years. I will miss your laughter and happy spirit you always had even when you were sick in Charleston. You were the same ole Frank. RIP Frank. God Bless you my old friend.
