I remember the very day I met the Neely family in Sylvania, Ohio. Little Beth (maybe 2?) was walking their dog down the street and I was so happy to see some children in the neighborhood that I ran out and asked her where she lived. She said they had just moved in and led me down to their house. Rich was in the garage working on his race car. That was the beginning of a lifelong friendship.

Rich was a true gentleman. Kind, thoughtful, generous, smart, hard worker, just plain wonderful. Our families had many terrific times together and we will all miss him dearly.

We send sincere condolences to Carolyn, Cathy, Beth, and families. The Neelys are very special to us.
