Outstanding brother.

In remembrance of a classmate, father, husband and brother. It's been a year, and I know it's been difficult. But keep the memories of Reggie alive in your hearts, and the days and years will get better. (AHS Class of 76)

To the Simmons Family, friends, and my Fraternal Brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. It has been with saddened heart to learn of Brother Simmons passing. I offer my sincere condolences with the faith that GOD does not make mistakes and he is with our Father in Heaven resting peacefully. I'll miss you my Brother!

I am deeply saddened by this news. Reggie is my friend and brother. We met at Emory Seminary and reunited in our native state. I am thankful that we spoke recently over the phone and he was his usual self ( kind and caring). I will miss him so much.

What we leave behind is not the tears - but he smiles, the stories,the love. May all the love you shared be a lasting gift for the Simmons Family. May God bless and keep all of you.

Reggie I'm still in shock upon hearing of my lost of such a loved one. I knew for sure one day we would meet up again and i can't describe the pain and void i feel knowing it's not to be in this life time. I thank you for all the times you were there for me the times you let me and friends crash at your pad in VA and for coming to my wedding i have a very few pictures of homecoming at A&T great times and other times i was blessed to be a part of your life words cannot express the lost of my best friend/other brother gifted to me from God i will forever love you Regg rest in peace I'll meet you on the other side

You will surely be missed my dear Aggie brother and friend. For starters GHOE will not be the same without your physical presence, although I know your dear spirit will be with us. Praying for Danielle, the kids, your brother, and the rest of your family's (including Aggies and Fraternity brothers) strength and comfort during this difficult time. RIP...until we meet again.

Reggie our paths didn't cross often but boy when they did...WOW! I really enjoyed our time together. Less than a year ago, having dinner with you and Brother Biggs at "Six Feet Under Fish House"!
