He was two years older than me, but was an inspiration at football practice. Always calm and patient- always a good guy with a smile.

Randy is my uncle, and I am saddened by the passing of him. He is a kind soul and very dedicated and intelligent. He was a good man who led a good life, and am sure that he will be an asset to God's kingdom in the afterlife. I will miss hm, miss seeing him at family functions every christmas eve, but know he is in a better place and no longer dealing with the stresses of life anymore. I love you Uncle Randy, rest in peace and hope to see you one day up there. We will miss you -your nephew, -Jason Covington

My most sincere condolences to Kay and the family... Randy was, indeed, a man of compassion and caring, as a husband, father and doctor. We will miss him but God took him 'home' and now his spirit resides in heaven. Heaven gained an angel...we lost a good friend and great doctor. Prayers going out to family and friends.
