Patricia Lloyd Obituary

With heartfelt sorrow and unwavering faith in God's promise, we celebrate the life and homegoing of Patricia Ann Lloyd, age 70, who transitioned to eternal rest on July 27,2025. She was born on June 20. 1955 in Aiken, SC to the late Willie James Creech and the late Leila Mae Dunbar Creech. Patricia attended Aiken Grade School, Schofield Middle School and was a proud graduate of Aiken High School class of 1973. Following high school, she went on to marry her life-long spouse, Minister Albert Lloyd, on September 15, 1979. Patricia and Albert have honored their vows for 45 loving years. Both were members of Ashley Grove Missionary Baptist Church, where they would go on to build a spiritual foundation for their children. They built a loving and supportive household. Their willingness to provide will forever be acknowledged and appreciated Later, Patricia began her professional career at Roses where she served her community and provided exceptional customer service, making lasting connections with each interaction. To carry on her legacy, Patricia leaves behind: her husband Albert Lloyd; her children Connie Evelyn Merriweather, Cynthia Yvette Lloyd, Stephanie Denise Lloyd, and Alexis Alexandria Lloyd; her grandchildren Trey Lloyd Shelton, Victoria Symone Caldwell, Brianna Tashay Sapp, Nicole Denise Shelton; her siblings Freddie L. (Betty) Creech, Ernest L. Creech, Ronald (Lisa) Creech, Larry W. Creech, and her sister Margaret V. Lewis; her sister-in-law Hattie Ruth Lloyd; her brother-in-law Alvin Lloyd; many great grandchildren; a host of niece and nephews, including her nephew Larry W. Creech Jr., and her niece Jessica Repress who were raised in the home during their adolescent years. She is preceded in death by her brother Willie James Creech Jr, her brother-in-law Vernon Lewis and son-in-law John Merriweather.
