Patricia Knight Obituary

With deepest and profound sympathy, we announce the transition of Mrs. Patricia Diane Jones Knight who entered into rest July 31, 2025. Mrs. Knight, a native of Edgefield County, was a 1983 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School. She was the owner and founder of Pat's Catering in North Augusta, South Carolina. She was a member of Old Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. Left to cherish her memory are: her devoted husband, Richard Knight, Sr.; two loving children, Tiesha Lynette Knight and Richard (Alexia) Knight, Jr.; two grandchildren, Kash Knight and Aaliyah Knight; three brothers, Ronnie (Deondra) Jones, Roosevelt (Lakysha) Jones, Jr., and Tony (Cheryl) Jones; four sisters, Jacqueline (Virgil) Culbreath, Carolyn (Robert) Whitt, Stacy (Freddie) Dublin and Lorraine (Charlie) Gilchrist; sisters-in-law, Juanita Dunbar, Loretta Heard, Clara Knight, Katherine (Randy) Bussey and Delores Bennett; three brothers-in-law, Roosevelt, Amos and Fred Knight; three uncles, Emanuel (Sara) Watkins, Bennie Lee (Annie) Jones and Walter Jones; two devoted aunts, Deloris Harley and Linda J. Banks and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, August 8, 2025 at Old Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev., Dr. Leonard O. Griffin officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Professional Care has been entrusted to G. L.
