Mr. James Hutto, Sr. Obituary

Mr. James Robert Hutto, Sr., 77, of Aiken, SC, husband of Deborah "Debbie" Miller Hutto, entered into rest on Saturday, August 9, 2025, following an extended illness. A lifelong area resident, he was the son of the late John Willie and Gladys Randolph Hutto. A Vietnam Veteran, James proudly and with honor served his country in the United States Army. All gave some. Some gave all. James was a Machinist at Lily Tulip until declining health forced him into retirement. He enjoyed hunting and fishing especially with his fishing buddy, Ronnie McMillan. Along with his wife, James is survived by his children, James Robert "Jimmy" (Michele) Hutto, Jr., Melinda (Doug) Angel, and Amanda (the late Jesse) Cain, a sister, Debra (Ronnie) McMillan, eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Also preceding James in death were a son, John Jesse Hutto, great-grandsons, Jesse Dalton and Winston Clark Gibson, as well as siblings, George Bryant, Eva Bridges, Linda Perez, and Helen Davis. By his wishes, James will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
