Mike Epperly
GRANITEVILLE- EPPERLY, Mike, Age 71, a resident of Gloverville and Monetta, SC, passed away and has gone home to be with his Lord and Savior on January 27th, 2025. Mike was a devoted son, a loving brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will be dearly missed. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Langley, SC for over 50 years where he also served as a Deacon. He was born on November 10th, 1953. He worked as a chemical operator and retired from Solvay Polymers.
Mike leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 55 years Debbie Epperly of Gloverville SC; children: Michael Epperly of Langley, SC; Brian (Tracy Cooper) Epperly of Graniteville, SC; Angie (Steve) Kubik of Evans, GA; - 3 grandchildren: Erin Dubose, Justin (Lilly) Burkett, Kensley (Oscar Lopez) Epperly - 3 great-grandchildren: Matthew Dubose, Jace Burkett and Oakley Burkett. He is also survived by two brothers and five sisters: Charles (Rose Ryals) Epperly, Dennis (Virginia Craig) Epperly, Ethel (Wayne) Plunkett, Elaine (Burley) Jones, Ann Johnson, Darlene Williamson and Jenny (Ricky) Dyches as well as numerous nieces and nephews (and great-nieces and great-nephews) as well as many friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Frank M. Epperly and Elizabeth Turner Epperly; and two brothers-in-law Russell Johnson and Mickey Williamson.
Visitation will be on Thursday, January 30th 2025, between 5-7 pm at the Napier Funeral Home in Graniteville SC.
A funeral service celebrating his life will be held on Friday, January 31st, 2025 in the chapel of Napier Funeral Home in Graniteville, SC at 12:00 pm. A graveside ceremony will be held following the service at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be his: Ricky Dyches, Wayne Plunkett, Burley Jones, Burt Johnson, Mick Williamson and Dale Williamson.
Special Thanks to Rev Dean Conaway and Donnie Crawford for all their support and kindness in Mikes' Memorial Service.
We would like to thank Doctors Hospital Burn ICU for the care and services provided during the final days prior to his death.
