Michael Green
VAUCLUSE - Mr. Michael James Green, age 76, husband of the late Kathryn "Kathy" Scott Green, entered into rest on Thursday September 12, 2024 at his home in Vaucluse, SC. In addition to his wife he is preceded in death by his parents, James and Frances Green. Michael was born in Augusta, Ga but was a life long resident of Aiken County. He retired from J.M. Huber Clay company with 30 years of service. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He loved hunting, fishing and camping at the beach. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, April (Dennis) Scott; grandchildren, Lindsey Scott, Michael Scott, Turner Scott; brother, Mark (Sara) Green; as well as several nieces and nephews. The family will greet friends on Monday September 16, 2024 from 6-8pm at the funeral home. An inurnment at Beaufort National Cemetery with Military Honors accorded, will be scheduled for a later date. Napier Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with these arrangements.
