Michael Allewelt Obituary
GREENVILLE - Michael Thomas Allewelt passed away November 5, 2022
Born August 17, 1997 in Aiken SC. He was the beloved son of Christina Tomasetti Sherer and Richard Moul Allewelt.
Michael was an honors graduate at South Aiken High school and 2020 honors graduate of the College of Charleston School of Business. As a student, Mike medaled in track and cross country and earned the Good Citizen Award in his graduating class. He was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity at College of Charleston.
An avid skateboarder from a very young age, Mike cherished his brothers and sisters in the local skate community.
Michael was committed to his family and always insured the children in his family knew how special and loved they were.
Mike will be lovingly remembered by his parents; stepfather Thomas Sherer, grandparents Margaret and Jerry Evatt of Aiken; Doris Allewelt of Vineland NJ; George and Lu Sherer of Pratt KS, and Donna Tomasetti of Scranton PA; Aunts, Uncles, beloved cousins and friends to many to mention.
A celebration of Life will be held Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 4-6pm at the Historic George Funeral Home, 211 Park Ave. SW Aiken SC 29801
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mike's memory to the Hitchcock Woods Foundation.
