Melvin "Bubba" Anderson, Jr.
Warrenville - Mr. Melvin Eugene "Bubba" Anderson, Jr., 59, of Warrenville, SC, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.
A lifelong area resident, he was a son of the late Melvin Eugene Anderson, Sr. and the late Frances Vanell Stroble Widener. Bubba was formerly employed by Pizza Hut on Whiskey Road. He enjoyed a good meal, especially banana pudding, riding bicycles, traveling and yardwork.
In addition to his parents, family members include his sisters and their spouses, Frances and Ollie Wall, Warrenville, SC, Carolyn and the late Charles Loren, Augusta, GA and Cynthia Bolen, Columbia, SC; as well as numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
The family will greet friends on Saturday, July 16, 2022, from 6 until 8 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, July 17, 2022, at 2 o'clock in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Pastor Chris Fulmer will officiate. Interment will follow in West View Cemetery, Augusta, GA. Pallbearers will be Ollie Wall, Randy Bolen, Greg Johnson, Denise Wall, Lessie Wall, Reggie Woodward and Robert Bolen.
