AIKEN, SC - Funeral services for Miss Mellissa A. Gaffney, age 50, of 463 Red Oak Dr., who entered into eternal life on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Aiken Regional Medical Center will be held 1 PM Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Ashley Grove Baptist Church (viewing from 12 noon-1PM). Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Survivors include: four sisters, Willie Mae (Willie) Samuels, Lizzie M. Cummings, Lillie M. Gaffney, all of Aiken, Mattie M. Sligh, Graniteville, SC; two brothers, Daniel Gaffney and William Gaffney, both of Aiken.
Friends may call at the residence of her sister and her husband, Mr. & Mrs. Willie Samuels, 504 Red Oak Dr., Aiken, SC 29801 @ 648-7959 or at JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, 126 Fairfield St. SE., Aiken, SC 29801 @ 803-649-6123 beginning 3PM Friday.
