Mary Pate Obituary
"Snookie"
NORTH AUGUSTA, SC - Graveside Services for Mrs. Mary C. Pate, 86, who entered into rest June 19, 2015, will be conducted Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock in Pineview Memorial Gardens. Pastor Bob Still officiating.
Mrs. Pate was a native of North Carolina, having made North Augusta her home for the past 63 years. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, where she was a former choir member. Mrs. Pate was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with others. She was an avid bridge player and was affectionately known as "Snookie." Mrs. Pate was preceded in death by her husband James Robert Pate, Jr.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Mary Jane Pate, North Augusta; a daughter, Elaine Pate Knie, Spartanburg, SC; three grandchildren, Ashley Replogle, Patrick Knie and Rozalynne Pate; a brother, Robert R. Severs, Winston-Salem, NC.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 5 until 7.
