Margaret JoAnne Nardi
BELVEDERE - Mrs. Margaret JoAnne Hooks Nardi, 87, of Belvedere, South Carolina, entered into rest on Friday, January 10, 2025.
JoAnne was born in Warthen, GA, daughter of the late Eulas and Minnie (Rowland) Hooks. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Lombard Anthony (Tony) Nardi along with 9 sisters and 3 brothers.
She leaves behind a son, Timothy Nardi (Ann), 2 daughters Stefanie Canaday, Stacie Griffin (Matt), 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, a sister in law Sharon Ferguson along with several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Nardi was a longtime member of Good Hope Baptist Church in Aiken SC. She was a devoted follower and faithful servant of the Lord Jesus Christ.
A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Good Hope Baptist Church, 2118 Silver Bluff Road Aiken SC 29803. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 PM.
Mrs. Nardi was a loving wife, mother, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Good Hope Baptist Church.
