Linda Hendricks Richardson, a cherished mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 27th, 2025.
Born on April 10th, 1944, in Greenbay, Wisconsin, Linda lived a life rich in love, family, and community service.
Linda's professional life was dedicated to tax preparation, where she was not merely a service provider but a trusted advisor to many. Her meticulous attention to detail and caring nature won her the respect and loyalty of her clients over the years.
Linda was known for her zest for life and diverse interests. A regular at the local water aerobics classes, she embraced the joys of fitness and formed deep connections with fellow participants. A passionate lover of cats, Linda's home was always warm with the presence of her feline companions. She was an avid reader who could often be found lost in the pages of a captivating novel. Linda also had a knack for finding a good deal, a trait that brought her joy and satisfaction.
At the heart of Linda's life was her devotion to Jesus Christ and secondly her devotion to her family. She was a loving and dedicated wife to the late John W. Richardson Sr. and a nurturing mother and grandmother. Her family was her pride and joy, and her legacy of warmth, kindness, and generosity will live on through them.
Linda is lovingly survived by her daughter Kimberley (Nathaniel) Couch of Aiken, SC, and her son John W. (Barbara) Richardson, Jr. of Union, SC. She leaves behind a sister, Cheryl Brunner of Aiken, SC, and a brother, Mark (Dawn) Hendricks, also of Aiken, SC. Her legacy continues through her five grandchildren, Greer (Juliet) Couch, Cooper (Logan) Couch, Rebecca Richardson, Hunter (Madison) Richardson, and Rachael Richardson, as well as her three great-grandchildren, Gaven Couch, Blythe Couch, and Chloe Couch.
Preceding her in death were her beloved father, Marvin Francis Hendricks, her mother, Marilyn Cherry Brunette Hendricks, and her devoted spouse, John W. Richardson Sr.
Friends and family are invited to honor Linda's memory with donations to the Abundant Living Word Church in Augusta, GA, underscoring Linda's enduring impact on her community and her commitment to her faith.
