Linda Kelley Obituary

Linda Boatwright Kelley
NORTH AUGUSTA, SC - Linda Boatwright Kelley, age 62, of North Augusta, S.C., loving wife of Jerry Kelly and daughter of Mary Ann Scarborough Boatwright and the late James Mack Boatwright, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 12, 2015.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Gerry Lynn Jeffords and Christy Pollock both of Warrenville, S.C.; sons, Howard W. Kelly of Swansea, S.C. and James E. Kelley of North Augusta, S.C.; brothers, Larry Boatwright of Columbia, S.C., Gary Boatwright of Wagener, S.C., James E. Boatwright and Freddy Boatwright both of Trenton, S.C.; ten Grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard G. Boatwright and a grandchild, Christian Kelley.
She was born in Edgefield, S.C. but has spent most of her life in Aiken County, S.C. She was a devoted wife, homemaker, proud mother, grandmother and sister. She was of the Pentecostal Faith. She shall be greatly missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she touched during the 62 precious years that God granted her on this earth. She shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. She has completed life's journey and is now at home with her Maker, the Lord Jesus Christ. "To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord."
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 2:00 until 3:00 PM; at which time the funeral procession will be leaving the funeral home for her graveside service at the Graniteville Cemetery with Rev. Charlie Kelley and Rev. Albert Hinson, III officiating.
Since she was a 26-year breast cancer survivor, in lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, S.C. 29210. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.C. is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
