Lillie Pope Obituary
Aiken - Mrs. Lillie Bell Pope, age 93, of 117 Mae Acres Court, entered eternal rest Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at the University Hospital, Augusta, GA. Graveside services will be held 12 PM Monday, April 27, 2020 at Old Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Roy Hooker, officiating.
Mrs. Pope was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Amanda Page Lott, her husband, James Pope, while leaving to cherish her memory: her daughter, Renee Williams (Leo Sr.); her son, Benjamin Pope; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her brothers-in-law, Bennie Pope (Bernice) and Earl Rowe; many other relatives and friends.
She was a faithful member of St. Noah Church Of God, and she was the best Mother in the world. Friends may call JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, 126 Fairfield St., SE, Aiken, SC 29801, Sunday from 3-6 PM.

This is from the Pope family along with Edith Birts. Condolences to my sister-in-law Lillie Bell Pope, she was more of a sister than an sister-in-law. We loved her dearly and she will be greatly missed. I know she is in Heaven enjoying herself because she is free from sickness in her glorified body serving the Lord! We will miss you on this side.....
