Lauren McKinney Obituary
AIKEN, SC - Miss Lauren Celeste McKinney, 28, died Tuesday, May 19th, 2015.
Born in Augusta, GA.,
Lauren was the daughter of James E. and Pamela Thatcher McKinney of Aiken.
The family will receive friends at 3pm on Sat. May 23 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 358 E. Pine Log Rd, Aiken, SC., with a memorial service immediately following at 4pm.
In addition to her parents Lauren is survived by three daughters; Emma, Rachel, and Brianna, her five brothers; Seth, Justin, Evan, Bryan, and Austin, sisters-in-law; Bethany, Jessica, Teresa, and Casey, nieces; Sariah and Becky, nephews; Ethan and Reid.

We had a lot of fun in middle school we had some fun memories out on the football field playing checkers and sharing boy talk she was always so happy and fun the world has lost one of the few good ones I'm sorry for the loss to the family and the world.

Lauren was such a sweet young lady. Even if you were someone that she had only just met, she treated you with kindness and respect and she was always quick with a smile and a hug. Her courage and determination to face struggle in her life was inspiring. I didn't know her for very long, but she will not be forgotten. The world needs a few more people with that kind of heart.
