Aiken - Mr. Larry Simpkins, age 67, of 104C Mossback Circle passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Aiken Regional Medical Center. Memorial Services will be held 1 PM Saturday, May 22. 2021 at Jackson-Brooks Memorial Chapel.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Laverne Simpkins, his parents, Henry Lee and Ellaree Williams Simpkins, and his sister, Lucille Coles while leaving to cherish many memories: his daughter, LaToya (Lewis, Jr) Johnson; his son, Ricardo Simpkins; sisters, Maggie Bell Simpkins and Ora Lee Priester; two grandchildren, Gabrielle Johnson and Cailyn Johnson. Born in Aiken SC, worked with United Defense, married Laverne Brown, raised two children, had two loving granddaughters. His loyal nephew, Antonio Simpkins, spent a lot of time caring for him.
