Juanita Russell Obituary
Aiken - Mrs. Juanita W. Russell, age 78, widow of Rayfield M. Russell, III passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones.
Funeral services will be held 1 PM Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Jackson-Brooks Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in the Graniteville Cemetery.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her daughter; Augusta Mae Thomas; while leaving to cherish many memories: three children; Anthony Fitzgerald Russell, Stephanie Velmore Russell, and Almeda Garland Russell; fourteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives. She was a faithful wife, mother, minister of the gospel, loving grandmother and great grandmother, who worked three jobs to care for her children. She loved all of the family until the end and may she rest in peace for eternity.
Friends may call the residence of her daughter, Almeda or JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, 126 Fairfield St, SE, Aiken, SC 29801, 803-649-6123 on Saturday from 2-6 PM.

Mommie ur love from the grave me the wanting to holding almeda g russell u took very good care of your disable child you were faithful to your disable child's needs. You never judged me the streets took me but God brought me back to you I know now that your proud of me you hug and kiss me daily every doctors appointment never missed. My fours years in jail you came every week to check on me and made sure I was ok. Mom I'm going to make it and I love you forever. Enjoy heaven.
