When Joyce raised her hand, it was either to praise the Lord or to silence the noise in a world gone crazy. She wore wisdom as her breast-plate and Love as her armor. Many people struggle for power and miss the real meaning of the word. Those of us who really took the time to know Joyce, know what power truly is.
