John Miller Obituary
AIKEN, SC - Mr. John D. Miller, age 80, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Aiken Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Mt. Anna Missionary Baptist Church (Viewing 10 AM-11 AM) with Rev. Dr. Jerry Corbett officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Anna-Mt. Harris Cemetery.
He was the son of John D. and Arlena Wigfall Miller. A native of Aiken, Mr. Miller was currently residing at PruittHealth - Aiken Nursing Center.
John was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Mary L. Drayton, while leaving to cherish his memory: two devoted sisters, Lou Etta Ramsey and Rosa L. Akins; other relatives and friends.

John will be so dearly missed. He was a great friend to Arnold and I for 41 years and John treated me like one of his own. Our pup has also lost a great friend as well, John walked Augie almost every afternoon. It makes me sad to see Augie wait for "grandpa John" to come through the back door for his walk. Well, until we meet again my dear friend and dearly missed Georgia.
