Jack was just about the nicest man I ever met...he was a bit of a tease, and we all loved him. He will be missed by all his friends at Gatehouse Antiques. Sympathy to all his family.

Karen & family,

I am heartbroken. I did not know until today, when Ella told me. We stopped at the graveside later... I always called Jack and Agnes my "Knoxville parents." What fun we had together at KPAM! Now they are together again as are my real parents. My thoughts are with you at this time of grieving a great loss. As always, if I can be of any help...

Floyd Family,

So sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I have known him my whole life. Our families always spent New Year's Eve together and I have many fond memories of Jack and Agnes. I will miss them both now. Jack was a fine friend to our family and he was a wonderful kind man. I pray God will bless all of his friends and family during this sad time.

Many a day and evenings were spent with Jack and Agnes, as our next door neighbors. We had fun, read, did crosswords, played cards and even endured tornado's together! I have missed Agnes, and now I will miss Jack. Both are just Super People who really helped form great lifetime memories.
Sincerely,

You will be greatly missed. You were a wealth of knowledge with wonderfully dry sense of humor! I hope by now that you have found Agnes again and she is once again in control. We love you and will miss you!! Glenna and Maureen

So sorry to learn of Jack's passing. Jack was the first antique dealer I got acquainted with in 1984. Over the ensuing years I seemed to run into him on numerous occasions until we finally were in the same mall together. He taught me much about the business and antiques in general. He will be greatly missed by all! Our prayers are offered for the family.
