John Callahan Obituary
AIKEN - Mr. John Caldwell Callahan, age 58, of 128 Sumter Street, SE, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018 at VA Hospital, Downtown Division.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, May 7, 2018 at Jackson-Brooks Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at 2 PM in the Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia, SC.
John was a veteran of the US Army and had worked with the Aiken County Department of Public Safety.
He leaves to cherish his memory: His parents, Myra Irene Mance and his stepfather, Curtis Mance and his father, J. C. Callahan; his son, Johnathan Caldwell Callahan; sisters, Pamela Mance, Kirby Perry (Terry), and Nathalie (Wayne) Preston; brothers, Troy Callahan (Teresa), Curtis R. Mance (Belinda),Travis Mance, Shawn (Pamela) Callahan Holmes, and Lester (Carmon) Callahan Holmes; his grandson, Kaiden Callahan; a special friend, Arkesha Berry (Alex); and a host of other relatives and loving friends.
Friends may call Jackson-Brooks Funeral Home, 126 Fairfield St, SE, Aiken, SC 29801, 803 649 6123 from 3-8 PM Sunday..
