Joan Woodzell Obituary
AIKEN - Joan Phillips Woodzell, age 83, entered into rest on Saturday, January 20th, 2018. She is survived by her sons, Jason Phillips, Dana (Rita) Phillips; daughter, Felicia King; brother, Ramie (Janette) Cushman and a sister,
Linda Cushman (John) Brubaker. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Ralph Phillips and Jack Woodzell; parents, Gola and Clotild Weeks Cushman; brother, Robert "Bob" Cushman and two sisters, Rosalyn Duggans, and Mary Harrison. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched in the 83 precious years that God granted her on this earth. A graveside service celebrating her life will be conducted on Saturday, January 27th, 2018 at 11 o'clock am, at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery, with Pastor Barry Antley officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Trinity on Laurens in Aiken. In addition, the family would like to extend their thanks to Trinity on Laurens for their excellent care of Ms. Woodzell.
