Jimmie Lee Chandler 'Pete'
AIKEN - Mr. Jimmie Lee Chandler "Pete," age 72, entered into rest Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Aiken Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 6 PM, Wednesday, March 24, 2021 (VIEWING from 5-7 PM) at Jackson-Brooks Memorial Chapel, 126 Fairfield St. SE, Aiken, SC 29801 with Rev. Joseph Williams officiating. Face masks and social distancing will be required.
Jimmie was preceded in death by his father and mother, Westley and Ella Mae Chandler; three brothers, James, Willie Lee, and Larry Chandler, his sister, Jessie Mae Chandler Cook, while leaving to cherish many memories: his daughter, Shannon (Michael) Hallingquest; two sons, Westley (Pamela) and Nelson (Terri) Chandler; eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Carl W. Chandler and John Henry Chandler; and a host of other relatives.

Pete, thank you for being the greatest gift God could have ever blessed me with. You made my life memorable at every point. I loved how you valued me and made me feel good about myself, when I was suffering from my own insecurities.

You were there for me in my hard times and through my heartbreaks. I thank God every day for blessing me with you! I cannot even imagine how my life will be now that you are gone.
