Jermaine Hochhaus
GRANITEVILLE, SC - Mr. Jermaine Hochhaus, 25, son of Johnny C. and Eleanor Lee, Dwight Boochie and the late Carmen Hochhaus, entered into rest in the comfort of his home, on Wednesday, August 12, 2015.
Jermaine was born in Ulm, Germany and had been a former resident of Killeen, TX.
He enjoyed basketball, playing video games, Facebook, music and had hopes of becoming a nurse.
Jermaine was left paralyzed as a result of an automobile accident at the age of 3. Even though he was paralyzed, he was an inspiration to many folks due to the fact that he had a passion for life and did not let paralysis slow him down. Last but definitely not least, he loved the ladies!!!!
In addition to his parents, family members include siblings, Adrian Steele, Jamarques Hubbard and Jared Lee, all of Graniteville, SC and grandmothers, Florice Davis, Killeen, TX, Charlotte Ann Miller, Salisbury, NC and Ulla Bayoudhi, Germany, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, August 18th, 2015, at 6 o'clock in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC, with Chaplain Christie McLear officiating. The eulogy will be given by Florice In accordance with his wishes, Jermaine will be cremated following the service.
If so desired, memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure (www.5.komen,org) or Wings for Life (www.wingsforlife.com)
The family will greet friends on Tuesday, from 4 until 6 o'clock at
Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC.

The question why is always asked. The true understanding of those who have left us is only Gods. No one will know your grief except for God and you. However, may the love of God, friends, and family carry you through your grief. Peace and Love!
